Poem to Sunny

After the first crying was heard,
After the nipples were sucked,
After ginger and vinegar I ate;

After the first tooth came out,
After the candy-box was opened,
After marks were left on my shoulder;

After the first step the toddler walked,
After hide-and-seek was played,
After I woke crying from the nightmare;

After “mama” was called to everyone,
After “tita” was chased,
After I hugged you tightly refusing to leave;
